As did all the pro-independence people I know. I can't actually say I have met anyone with a strong devo-max outlook.Haggishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15115775473099228849noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2586389062182728098.post-79982124639704610032012-09-01T06:13:48.345-07:002012-09-01T06:13:48.345-07:00Floating the idea of a second question on devo max...Floating the idea of a second question on devo max then having Westminster publicly refuse it is a great way of showing up their intransigence, even when the majority of Scottish public opinion supports it.

It's also a great strategy for the Yes vote in the one question referendum in 2014. The pro-indy campaign can say 'well we tried for a more powers option, but the only way you're gonna get them is independence'

Gees, it ain't rocket science to work this out. I suspect the reason you don't see them talking about it much is the same reason you rarely see people on the street pointing upwards and saying "Look, it's the sky!"RevStuhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03915111503712807257noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2586389062182728098.post-22971308161322939892012-08-31T10:27:03.126-07:002012-08-31T10:27:03.126-07:00I think you're probably wrong. I think Salmond...I think you're probably wrong. I think Salmond wants a two-question referendum to muddy the waters, but he'll take a one-question one if that's his only alternative.

But it's interesting that of all the SNP responses, none of them suggest they're going to write to their elected representatives to tell them their views. None of them, indeed, express a view about whether they want a two-question or one-question or multi-question referendum. ALl this passionate feeling, and none of it apparently going anywhere.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2586389062182728098.post-19275999648809961092012-08-31T05:18:51.485-07:002012-08-31T05:18:51.485-07:00You are better than this Ian.
